What basic services do you offer? ↑top
We are strictly a mailing service. We do what we know best and that is prepare mail for USPS acceptance. We collate, fold, insert, staple, seal envelopes, tab seal, inkjet addresses, apply indicias, apply return addresses, apply ad-lines, bundle, sort, tie and take to post office for mailing.

How long will my job take to complete? ↑top
That depends upon how complex your job is and also how heavy our workload is. Usually, the work will be processed in 2 to 5 business days. Delivery to specified post offices can delay delivery of mail until the day the post office is on the delivery route.

How quickly will the Post Office deliver my mail? ↑top
Post Office delivery of Presorted Standard (Bulk Mail) varies because of several variables: volume of mail in the stream, election mail (takes priority over all other mail), and certain holidays such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas which increase the volume of mail significantly. Also, some destination post offices are faster about processing presorted standard than others. Deliveries into the Palm Springs area are infamously slow. So are deliveries into Laguna Beach. Presorted standard across the country can and often does take 3 to 4 weeks. Locally, carrier-routed mail can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Presorted standard is basically untraceable. The post office will only confirm its time of exit from its original mailing site. Automation is the fastest form of presorted standard mail. In the local area, it will generally be delivered within 3 to 5 days.
Presorted first class mail, on the other hand, should be delivered locally in 1 to 3 days. Across the country, it should be delivered within 2 to 5 days. First class mailings are traceable. If one disappears, the post office will work diligently to try to find what happened to it. If it is not delivered in a “timely” manner, then there is also recourse.
